Data Science and Artificial Intelligence

The Data Science and Artificial Intelligence Subcommittee comprises bioinformaticians, statisticians and biologists. This committee will work in a proximity with the Sequencing and Assembly; and the Annotation committees and perform two major tasks: 1) collaborate with the 2 committees in their analysis plans and pipelines development, and 2) perform exploratory and genomic evolutionary analysis on the data generated by other teams to extract meaningful biological information and on their visualisation.
